Opening scene and action

Use the opening frame, visible action, and setting to define the first beat of the video prompt.

What two-frame animation lets you direct

01

A defined opening state

Use the first image to establish the subject, composition, lighting, and visual style at the beginning of the shot.

02

A defined ending state

Use the second image to show where the subject, camera, environment, or transformation should arrive by the final frame.

03

A prompt focused on the transition

Describe what moves, changes, or is revealed between the anchors instead of asking the prompt to invent both endpoints.

[02]

How to animate between a first and last frame

The endpoints constrain the shot, but the generated path between them is still new. Use compatible images and keep the requested movement plausible for the duration.

  1. 01

    Prepare the opening image

Choose an approved image with the starting composition, subject, lighting, and details that should be recognizable at the beginning.

  2. 02

    Prepare a compatible ending image

Use the same subject and a visually compatible frame that clearly shows the intended ending position, scene state, or camera view.

  3. 03

    Choose a first-and-last-frame model

Select Seedance 2.5, Veo 3.1, or Wan 2.7, then set the available duration, frame, sound, and quality controls.

  4. 04

    Inspect the generated middle frames

Check subject identity, shape, motion, occlusion, scene logic, and artifacts throughout the transition, not only at the endpoints.

Choose a model for first-and-last-frame animation

This page is for directing the transition between two planned visual states. Both frames guide the shot, but continuity still needs a full-clip review.

AIアニメーションビデオジェネレーターFAQ

What is first-and-last-frame video generation?
It uses one image as the opening state and another as the ending state, then generates the motion between them. The two images guide the endpoints but do not guarantee every middle frame.
Which models support first and last frames?
Seedance 2.5, Veo 3.1 variants, and Wan 2.7 expose first-and-last-frame workflows in ImagineClip. Their duration, quality, sound, and reference options differ.
Do the two frames need the same dimensions?
Use visually compatible frames with matching subject identity and a composition suited to the selected output ratio. The workspace enforces the active model inputs.
